Bird Paradise takes flight this 8
May!
After ceasing operations last 3
Jan 2023, Jurong Bird Park has relocated to Mandai Wildlife Reserve with a
refreshing name change – Bird Paradise.
The new bird park houses 3500
birds from 400 species, including the world’s most threatened avian species
such as the Philippine eagles, Negros bleeding heart doves, and straw-headed
bulbuls.
Visitors can behold different
birds spread their wings in some of the eight walk-through aviaries inspired by
diverse habitats from different parts of the world. Two new aviaries can be
found in the Sky Amphitheatre – Predators on Wings and Wings of the World.
To amp up their paradise experience,
guests are given the opportunity to observe the backstage procedures of caring
for the birds, catch a glimpse of the conservation breeding programmes, and
take part in feeding sessions.
During its soft opening period,
there will be a $10 discount on tickets for children and adults. From 27 May
onwards, tickets will be $48 for adults, $33 for children from ages three to 12
years old, and $20 for senior citizens.
What are you waiting for? Book your tickets now to catch a glimpse of our majestic avian friends!
